The KD is a straightforward utility folder that will withstand a lot of hard use. The handle creates no hot spots during use, even when gripped as hard as possible, and you can't always say that about handle designs. The shape will also shine in a reverse grip, and for those in a tactical situation, this is the only way to hold it. Grindhouse Knives has a number of different blade shapes for this design already, all geared toward daily cutting tasks.
